Q:   "Do I need boating experience?"
A:   Yes, we do require that the boat operator has boating experience.


Q:   "What if I don't have experience or am underage?"
A:   Guides can be prearranged to skipper in your behalf. Payment for their service is in addition to the rental cost.


Q:   "Do I need a reservation?"
A:   Reservations are not required, but are suggested, so as to assure that the boat of your choice is available for departure on a specific day and time. Reservations can be made over the phone or in person. A credit card is required to confirm all reservations.


Q:   "What if I need to cancel a reservation?"
A:   Prior notification is customary and expected. 24 hour notification, when possible, either direct or via voicemail.


Q:   "What if the weather is bad?"
A:   Decisions regarding weather conditions can be determined same as day scheduled. Kindly contact us so as to confer.


Q:   "Can I take a boat out after hours or at night?"
A:   Our hours for boat rental operations are until 5:00PM EST. Boats must be returned in accordance with the rental agreement.


Q:   "Is a credit card really necessary?"
A:   Yes, an approved credit card, either Visa, Master Card or American Express, along with a valid form of identification are necessary for reservations and rental departures. Accepted methods of payment are credit cards or cash.


Q:   "Where can I go?"
A:   We will help you plan your trip. We will review local navigation and provide use of a navigational chart during your excursion. Check out the Places Tab for photo's of our boating area.


Q:   "What about life jackets?"
A:   Standard with each boat as life jackets are required equipment.
